About Springwell

Springwell represents the West Highlands of Scotland at their very best where the dramatic mountains of brooding Glencoe meet the stunning Lochaber coastline. The steep sloping former croft comprises an area of natural woodland of great ecological interest with rich diversity of flora and fauna. The hillside, russet with bracken in Autumn and clad with bluebells in early summer, is fringed with birch, hazel, holly, alder, willow and ash.

With the exception of the original croft house, the cottagesĀ  are reached by a short steep drive and sit on a secluded hillside plateau high above the road, making the best of the outstanding views.
